ISO/IEC 17025:2005-accredited Miami-based radiocarbon laboratory Beta Analytic is inviting all participants of the Society for American Archaeology (SAA) 79th Annual Meeting to visit its booth. Mr. Chris Patrick, the lab’s Deputy Director and Technical Manager, welcomes inquiries at Booth 300 during the five-day event currently underway at the Hilton Austin & Austin Convention Center in Texas.
“I am looking forward to meet existing and potential clients from the archaeology and cultural resources management industries. This event is a great opportunity to discuss with researchers how our fast, high-quality services can contribute to their projects’ success. When they start their field work this summer, they can rely on our lab to send the results even while they are still in the field,” Mr. Patrick says.
The 2014 SAA meeting will end on April 27. The next annual meeting is slated to take place on April 15-19, 2015, in San Francisco, California.
The SAA leads the archaeological community by promoting research, stewardship of archaeological resources, public and professional education, and the dissemination of knowledge. Its mission is to expand understanding and appreciation of humanity’s past as achieved through systematic investigation of the archaeological record.
Beta Analytic supports the SAA by joining its annual meetings.
